We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, perfect for what we needed. The restaurant was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property. Have stayed here many times and would want to stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting Citi Field, and I appreciated the clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The modern design, and the in-room Netflix was a nice touch for winding down after a long day. The location is pretty convenient too, just a short bus ride away from the ballpark. The check-in process could use some improvement since it took longer than expected.

Though the room was quiet, the lack of designated storage for shower products was inconvenient. Dining was enjoyable with fresh crisp salads available. While the location was decent, the overall upkeep could be improved, particularly related to amenities.

great service but room expectations were not met
I appreciated the cleanliness of the beautiful single room, as it was meticulously maintained by Nicole the housekeeper. Joan at the front desk was accommodating. Having a view of the city was a highlight, allowing me to enjoy the skyline from my window.
I was disappointed with the initial lack of assistance with my luggage from the front desk staff.

Ly impressed with College Point proximity, modern room amenities, and friendly staff. Beds were comfy, shower fantastic, and overall stay surprisingly elegant. Free parking was a plus.
